Merchandise Exchange and Refund Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer's convenience.

If the delivered product is defective, it can be exchanged for the same product. If we do not have the item in stock that can be exchanged, we will refund the product price.

In this case, you will be asked to return the defective product, and we will bear the return shipping costs.

Please contact us at the e-mail address below within 7 days of receiving the defective product, attaching a photo of the defective part. If we determine that the product is defective, we will take action.

*Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.

The product has been worn, washed, or worn out.

Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered

Merchandise purchased with a discount or on sale

Merchandise that has been damaged by the customer

Items with missing accessories such as product tags and labels.

Merchandise purchased from a retailer other than our official e-commerce site.

Products purchased from other than the official e-commerce site ・Cases in which the delivery address differs from the person who placed the order, excluding defective products

Merchandise that contains perfume or tobacco scent, etc.

In addition to the above, cases in which the Company reasonably determines that an exchange or refund is inappropriate.

Order number (found in the order confirmation email sent to you)

2: As soon as the email is confirmed, we will guide you through the refund procedure.
